My work as a psychotherapist grew out of a lifelong curiosity about how people navigate the pressures of modern life while staying connected to their inner selves. I trained extensively to understand this intersection—earning degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Stony Brook University, and the University of Rhode Island, and completing six years of postdoctoral psychoanalytic training at the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis (NPAP) and the Theodor Reik Clinical Center in Manhattan.

Before my clinical practice, I spent years working inside the very corporate and academic systems that can contribute to professional burnout. Consulting and organizational work with institutions such as Chase, UBS/Credit Suisse, CIBC World Markets, American Express, Kaplan TestPrep, and The College Board gave me firsthand insight into the systemic pressures executives and professionals face. I also developed the Critical Thinking Program for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Today, I combine this real-world perspective with depth-oriented psychotherapy. I specialize in helping professionals navigate executive burnout and leadership fatigue, while also providing a compassionate space for grief, trauma, and loss. My goal is to help clients not just cope with life’s challenges, but to emerge with greater clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

By integrating clinical expertise with lived experience in high-pressure environments, I guide clients toward sustainable changes—both in their careers and their personal lives—so they can move forward with confidence, groundedness, and hope.
